Heavy Equipment Instructors:-
Opportunity for Engineering Graduates and Diesel
Technicians with experience
Graduates with BTech/BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
The selected candidates will have an opportunity to be developed to become
Technical Instructors who their primary responsibility will be to teach and
enhance key technical, maintenance and engineering diagnostic competencies
that are critical to sustaining the requirements of our clients. The new
technologies used in heavy equipment machines requires such high calibre to
understand complex machines and be able to impart the skills to others. This is
an opportunity for young engineers and diesel technicians to learn and teach
practical skills to strengthen their experience, knowledge and confidence in
their engineering careers.
REQUIREMENTS
- BTech/BSc Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Diesel Technician with relevant trade
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Basic Knowledge of Computer Systems
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Dynamic well-presented individual
- Hard working, tough-minded, quick thinker
- Leadership skills
- Excellent Customer Services Delivery
